As a player I wore the shirt of SC Cambuur, FC Twente, Hamburger SV and Heracles Almelo.
After my playing career I served as General Director and Technical Director of Heracles Almelo, and as Director of Elite Football at the KNVB.
Through Dubbel Perspectief I guide executives, technical staff and players who want to grow, make better decisions and realise their ambitions.

Final responsibility for the national top teams. Worked with head coaches including Koeman, De Boer, Van Gaal and Wiegman. Highlights: Nations League final 2019, World Cup silver for the Dutch women 2019, FIFA ranking Dutch men from 21 to 8, FIFA ranking Dutch women from 7 to 4.
